Take a look at our values
We develop and deliver ethical treatment plans in alignment with our values using data driven quality assurance measures.
Social Validity
We focus on meaningful client outcomes. Treatment programs carefully consider the needs of our clients and their families.
Client Dignity
We seek client assent during all therapeutic learning opportunities. By using research-backed, trauma-informed practices, we create lasting change in partnership with those we serve.
Caregiver Involvement
Caregivers are key players in our therapeutic programs. We know generalized and impactful outcomes hinge on empowering families to be involved in the services they receive.
Progressive Care
Our therapy programs evolve to incorporate the latest evidence-based standards of practice. Our goals aim to center client voices while maintaining treatment integrity.
Equitable Services
We believe in building connections. One of our driving goals is to bring therapy access to marginalized communities and areas where resources are limited.
Celebrating Diversity
We honor the unique strengths and perspectives of every client, providing professional support that respects individuality. Rather than promoting conformity, we empower clients to thrive as their authentic selves.

It Started with Personal Experience
Co-founder and Clinical Director: Kaitlin Fox, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA
Kaitlin was introduced to ABA when her oldest daughter was diagnosed with autism in 2011. At the time, she was an undergraduate psychology student at San Francisco State University (SFSU). Kaitlin's daughter began ABA therapy with a small, dedicated, and caring team of therapists, who she witnessed transform the life of her child. This personal experience ignited a passion that has turned into 11 years of service in the field of ABA.
In 2013, Kaitlin graduated from SFSU with honors and began her work as a behavior technician. In this role, she supported clients of all ages in home, school, daycare, and community settings. Working as a behavior technician solidified Kaitlin's love for ABA, resulting in her decision to complete a Master's of Education with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis from University of Cincinnati in 2017. After graduating with a 4.0 GPA, she began working as an ABA program supervisor and parent consultant.
During her time in this role, Kaitlin accrued 1,500 fieldwork hours required to sit for the BCBA exam. In 2019, she passed the BCBA board exam on her first attempt. But the most critical part of her journey in ABA was about to begin. In the next years of her work, Kaitlin's focus would shift to addressing the growing need for change in the ABA community.
Kaitlin began to immerse herself in progressive strategies aimed at reducing therapy trauma. She completed Dr. Gregory Hanley's Practical Functional Assessment (PFA) courses for trauma-informed, compassionate care. She then completed continuing education in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Relational Frame Theory. Kaleidoscope Connections, PLLC was founded in 2023, affording her the opportunity to co-found The Gorge Academy through a contract with ESD 112, implementing a novel school-wide program using PFA and ACT as its foundation.
Kaitlin has a passion for teaching effective communication, self-advocacy, and self-care skills to people of all ages and skill levels who enter her care. She hopes to continue making a difference in the field of ABA with her leadership role as co-founder and clinical director of Kaleidoscope Connections, PLLC.
A Passion Founded in Clinical Experience
Co-founder and Administrative Lead: Daniel Faski, BS
In 2021, Daniel graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelors of Science. Later that year, he moved to the Pacific Northwest and found passion in the ABA field. Daniel is currently a Certified Behavior Technician in Washington, but has previously completed the requirements to hold an RBT certification. In addition to providing services in client’s homes, Daniel has experience providing ABA therapy to clients of all ages with high-intensity behavior in clinic and school settings.
Daniel helped start Kaleidoscope Connections, PLLC, to be able to support a team of clinicians with high standards for ethical practices. Through Daniel’s experience as a Certified Behavior Technician, he has become motivated to provide other technicians and their supervisors with the resources they need to give the highest quality of care.
Daniel enjoys spending time with his partner, cat, and dachshund. Additionally, in his free time Daniel hikes on trails along the Columbia River Gorge. When he’s not hiking, he's out looking for his next favorite restaurant.
