We tailor treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client. Our team works with you to determine the most effective service model, offering individual or combined services to create the ideal treatment approach.
We offer functional behavior assessments as well as trauma-informed practical functional assessments to identify the best service plan for our clients. Assessments begin by completing a structured interview with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your BCBA will collect information on the client's developmental, behavioral, and medical history, as well as reasons for seeking ABA services. The assessor completes 2 direct observations in which they interact with the client, collect observation notes, and take initial data on skills of interest identified during the intake interview. A standardized skills assessment is administered to pinpoint additional developmental areas requiring support. This information is synthesized into an intake assessment. The intake assessment includes proposed goals for treatment, behavior support plan(s), service model and intensity, and recommended evidence based procedures to be utilized in direct treatment.

During direct treatment, certified technicians use behavioral strategies to teach the skills outlined in your treatment plan. Learning opportunities are grounded in natural experiences, embedded in meaningful environments. Skills gained in direct treatment are addressed across a variety of people and settings to ensure success post-treatment. Data is collected on prescribed goals at every treatment session. Regular supervision is performed by BCBA staff, who make program adjustments directly related to real time observations and data review.

In caregiver consultation, those who care for clients practice the behavioral strategies implemented by their ABA team. During these sessions, unique challenges and support needs can be discussed directly with your BCBA. Caregiver consultation is also utilized to coordinate with other providers, including school staff, to ensure continuity in treatment.
